Are there minimum contract terms?
No. All our packages can be canceled monthly. We want to convince you through performance, not lock-in contracts.
How does the free trial work?
You can sign up and fully test Betterbus for 30 days for free. You don't need to provide payment details. Only after the 30 days do you decide on a package.
What does 'Price per calculation' mean in the Basic and Plus packages?
We only charge a small amount for each fully generated quote calculation processed by the system. In the Unlimited package, these costs are completely eliminated (flat rate).
What counts as a "vehicle"?
Every vehicle actively registered in Betterbus counts toward your monthly bill. Inactive, retired or reserve-flagged buses are not counted — you have full control over the status of each vehicle.
How is billing handled?
Monthly via SEPA direct debit or invoice. All prices are net and exclude statutory VAT. Each month you receive a detailed invoice broken down by vehicle and calculation.
Are support and updates included?
Yes, on every tier. All feature updates, security patches and email support are included at no extra cost. Unlimited customers additionally receive priority support with response times under 4 hours.
